We often reflected over the years that we lacked a steady and constant supply of witty innuendo and classic 1980s sitcom humour that could brighten our days. Then, along came Rachel! Rachel cares deeply about every aspect of home moving, genuinely cares about the clients she meets, and truly cares about the outcome of each transaction. We feel privileged to have her as part of our team, and indeed, our customers are equally fortunate. Rachel is one part, alongside Donna and Sarah, of the finest management team this company has ever had the pleasure to employ. Although she is frequently bemused by modern technology—whether it’s toasters, calculators, or doorbells—her dedication and warmth more than make up for any technical confusions.
