Packing is a key part of any move, and questions about how it works, what’s supplied and who packs what are completely normal. These FAQs cover the most common packing‑related queries, whether you’re packing yourself, using a professional packing service, or a combination of both.

Do you provide professional packing services?

Yes. We offer both full and partial packing services, depending on how much support you’d like before your move. Have a chat with you surveyor at your quotation appointment about your individual needs, and we’ll tailor your quotation accorindingly.

Do you supply packing boxes & materials?

Yes. We supply high-quality packing materials, including our custom-made boxes, and plenty of protective packing materials, whether you’re packing yourself or using our packing service. See the range here

Do you pack fragile or high-value items?

Yes. Fragile items are packed carefully using appropriate materials and techniques to ensure they’re properly protected during your move. All of our crew are professionally trained in placing techniques, including fragile, and artwork.

Is packing carried out on the day of the move?

Packing is usually carried out shortly before moving day, generally the day prior to completion.
